Going in, our main goal was to make Maple Street Mail as easy to use as possible, yet blow the competition out of the water. Of course, as new features are added and improved, even us humans have to step in. Also, if you’re fairly new to the platform, or email marketing in general, it’s nice to have someone on the other line.

We collect information and respond to our Get Satisfaction page on a regular basis, and someone else had the same problem, or may have already found a solution before we did! Also, you can go to our Get Satisfaction page to view and track issues or questions.
